Demand Planner & Operations Coordinator - Fast Growing Startup
Must have working rights. We work together in the office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. This role requires working closely with the warehouse team, with regular visits to the warehouse. (10 min walk from office).

Join The Monda Company as a Demand Planner & Operations Coordinator, supporting inventory planning, forecasting, order fulfilment, supplier follow-up, warehouse coordination, and systems accuracy. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys spreadsheets, details, problem-solving, and keeping operations running smoothly in a growing product business.
You'll be responsible for

Inventory Management & Replenishment
You spend your time forecasting product demand, reviewing replenishment needs, and identifying issues before they become a problem. You are proactive in following up on orders, and helping make sure we have the right products available when we need them.🐣
Database Management
You keep our inventory system clean, accurate, and up to date. You understand that good data keeps the business moving, and you take pride in making sure item details, stock information, supplier records, and operational notes are maintained properly.🐣
Sales Order Fulfilment & Shipment Coordination
You process orders accurately, keep fulfilment running smoothly and communicate clearly with the team. You coordinate with the warehouse on picking, packing, stock movements and dispatch to get the right products to the right place at the right time.View more
