Leading curriculum design and implementation
Guide Prep-Year 2 teachers in co-designing and delivering contextualised curriculum that reflects our local community, aligns to the Australian Curriculum v9, and leverages authentic community partnerships.🌈
Enhancing wellbeing and behaviour systems
Work in partnership with the Health and Wellbeing Teacher to refine and implement behaviour protocols that cater to the diverse needs of learners, maintaining a positive and inclusive learning culture.📊
Using data to drive improvement
Demonstrate a strong understanding of data analytics across a range of diagnostic and assessment tools to monitor student progress and inform differentiated teaching and learning.Key criteria
