Mercor is on a journey to find senior product design and AI-assisted development professionals who are excited about building evaluation tasks for AI systems. This job offers a unique opportunity to work in dynamic environments, focusing on rapid prototyping and human-AI collaboration. You'll be responsible for

Constructing scenarios

Construct scenarios spanning rapid prototyping and iteration cycles, design system development, and cross-functional product-design-engineering collaboration.
🛠️

Building tasks

Build tasks across AI-assisted application development, natural-language-to-code workflows, and rapid prototyping (Vibecoding); and UX/UI design, design systems and component libraries, user research, and usability testing (Design).
📊

Developing scenarios

Develop scenarios involving tools such as AI coding assistants and design systems tooling for the respective subdomains.

Key criteria

🎨

Product design experience

5+ years in product design or AI-assisted development.
