About the job

Mercor is on a journey to find senior product design and AI-assisted development professionals who are excited about building evaluation tasks for AI systems. This job offers a unique opportunity to work in dynamic environments, focusing on rapid prototyping and human-AI collaboration. The team thrives on creativity and innovation, encouraging contributions that shape the future of product design.

You'll be responsible for

Constructing scenarios

Construct scenarios spanning rapid prototyping and iteration cycles, design system development, and cross-functional product-design-engineering collaboration.
🛠️

Building tasks

Build tasks across AI-assisted application development, natural-language-to-code workflows, and rapid prototyping (Vibecoding); and UX/UI design, design systems and component libraries, user research, and usability testing (Design).
📊

Developing scenarios

Develop scenarios involving tools such as AI coding assistants and design systems tooling for the respective subdomains.

Key criteria

🎨

Product design experience

5+ years in product design or AI-assisted development.
