Creating, communicating, and adhering to project Design Management Plans to ensure alignment among all team members, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Managing design teams

Selecting, managing, and supporting project design team members (consultants), setting clear expectations and driving performance improvements.

Leading bid management

Overseeing the bid management process, ensuring design deliverables are completed on time and providing feedback to estimators and construction personnel.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

Essential for understanding water infrastructure design principles.
