Providing first point of contact support
Log, triage and resolve tickets to a documented standard, keeping the person updated so they always know where their issue stands.💻
Diagnosing desktop and laptop faults
Work through boot and performance issues, driver and patch problems, crashes and freezes, diagnosed against a structured checklist and explained back in plain language.🔑
Managing identity and access requests
Handle password resets, MFA re-registration, new starter accounts and group changes, checked against the approval process and actioned promptly.Key criteria
