The Development Analyst job at ESR is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading Asia-Pacific real asset owner and manager. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the national Development business by delivering financial analysis and feasibility modelling across a diverse development pipeline. You'll be responsible for

Preparing development feasibilities

Prepare, maintain and review development feasibilities, cash flow models and scenario analysis to support investment and development decisions.

Delivering reporting

Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including investor reports, budgets and reforecasts.
🤝

Partnering with teams

Partner with Development, Funds Management and Finance teams to evaluate development opportunities, leasing outcomes and project performance.
