You'll be responsible for

Managing digital access issues

Acting as the first point of contact for resolution by clarifying member and Club digital access problems, determining the cause of the issue, negotiating and explaining the best solution for both parties, and actively following up to ensure resolution.

Building relationships

Regularly interacting with key internal and external stakeholders and parties to build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.

Providing guidance

Providing clear, timely guidance on Goodlife Health Clubs’ products and services to enhance accessibility and usability across digital platforms.
