Owning end-to-end incident management
Owning end-to-end incident management — from detection through resolution and post-incident review — using observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, and OTEL to minimise business impact and reduce recurrence.🔍
Identifying and defining system enhancements
Identifying and defining system enhancements by analysing existing platform logic, diagnosing root causes of failures, and delivering targeted, scalable solutions that improve operational outcomes.Key criteria
