You'll be responsible for

Developing and delivering programs

Creating and implementing an inclusive and innovative program that applies approved learning frameworks (EYLF) to promote children's identity and wellbeing.
🛡️

Maintaining a safe environment

Proactively managing risks and adhering to health and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe learning environment for children.
🤝

Building partnerships

Collaborating with families and the community to support children's development and education goals, fostering respectful relationships.

Key criteria

📅

12+ months of Room Leader experience

Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing programs for children 0-6 years.

Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Education

Possession of relevant qualifications from a nationally approved training organisation.

Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS

Understanding of current pedagogies and sector regulations.
