Creating a comprehensive strategy that aligns with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) vision to enhance worker health and wellness.

Leading U.S. workers’ compensation programs

Ensuring compliant handling, medical quality, and efficient resolution of claims within the U.S.
📜

Establishing global standards and clinical protocols

Setting up governance systems for Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health to ensure consistency and compliance.

Key criteria

🎓

Advanced clinical or scientific degree

Possession of an MD/DO, NP/PA, or MS in OH/IH.

10+ years of OH/IH leadership experience

Demonstrated leadership in multinational or regulated industries.

Strong U.S. workers’ compensation experience

Proven expertise in managing U.S. workers’ compensation programs.
