You'll be responsible for

Supporting integrated care development

Supporting the development of strong, coordinated and resilient integrated care and population and community health services within the Local Health District and in partnership with related public and private organisations and service providers.

Managing health services

Managing services that report to this position, including Aged Care Strategy, Community Health Information Management, and Quality and Safety.

Promoting community health

Promoting community health services that give care to individuals, families, and carers, as well as focusing on population health services.

Relevant tertiary qualifications

Possession of qualifications in health or related discipline.
