You'll be responsible for

Overseeing engineering activities

Overseeing all engineering, maintenance, and asset management activities to maintain hotel standards and guest satisfaction.

Managing budgets

Developing and managing departmental budgets, including CAPEX and R&M forecasts, while monitoring expenditure.
⚠️

Leading safety programs

Actively leading the Hotel’s WHS, Emergency Planning, and ESG programs to ensure compliance and safety.

Maintenance experience

10+ years of maintenance experience in hospitality or commercial settings.
