You'll be responsible for

Creating and leading P&C strategy
Develop and implement the resort's People & Culture strategy to nurture Heartist Culture and support Department Managers.🔍
Overseeing recruitment and retention
Manage recruitment and retention efforts to ensure alignment with operational needs and workforce guidelines.🌱
Coaching and developing the team
Mentor and develop the People & Culture Coordinator to enhance their capability in supporting P&C operations.Key criteria
🎓
Tertiary qualification in HR
Possession of a relevant degree in Human Resources or related field.View
🕒
3–5 years in P&C
Demonstrated experience in a People & Culture role, ideally in hospitality.View

Experience in ER investigations
Proven background in leading complex employee relations investigations.View
