You'll be responsible for

Leading sourcing efforts

Lead proactive sourcing and scouting efforts for preclinical and Phase 1 assets, building a robust pipeline of opportunities aligned with therapeutic area strategy.

Co-leading internal meetings

Co-lead internal meetings focused on evaluating and prioritizing New Product Opportunities within CSLā€™s therapeutic areas.

Driving transaction execution

Partner closely with Business Development and Regional Ecosystem Leads to advance high-priority opportunities through negotiation and deal close.

What we're looking for

12+ years in biopharma

Extensive experience in external innovation and business development.
