You'll be responsible for

🛒

Aiding with daily life activities

Supporting participants with daily life activities, including attending appointments and shopping, to enhance their independence.
🌍

Facilitating community access

Helping individuals access community, social, and recreational activities to promote engagement and inclusion.
🚗

Assisting with transportation

Providing transportation support to enable participants to engage in daily activities and appointments.

Key criteria

Experience in disability or aged care

Demonstrated experience or qualifications in supporting individuals with disabilities.
