You'll be responsible for

Providing personal care
Delivering personal care to clients in a respectful and dignified manner, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.🍽️
Supporting daily living needs
Assisting clients with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, and general household tasks to promote independence.📝
Documenting client wellbeing
Monitoring and documenting the wellbeing of clients to ensure accurate records and effective communication with the team.Key criteria

Experience in person-centred care
Demonstrated experience providing tailored support to individuals with disabilities.View

Current NSW Driver's Licence
Valid P2 licence for transportation and mobility support.View
