You'll be responsible for

Assisting clients with cooking, cleaning, and general household activities to promote independence.

Providing personal care

Delivering personal care services in a respectful manner, including showering and toileting.

Monitoring client wellbeing

Observing and documenting changes in client wellbeing, reporting any concerns to the team.

Demonstrated experience providing tailored support to individuals with disabilities.

Valid P2 or higher licence for transportation responsibilities.
