You'll be responsible for

Assisting clients with cooking, cleaning, and other household activities to promote independence.

Providing personal care

Delivering respectful and dignified personal care, including showering and toileting.

Monitoring client wellbeing

Keeping track of clients' health and wellbeing, documenting any changes and reporting them appropriately.
