You'll be responsible for

Providing personal care
Supporting clients with personal care needs in a respectful and dignified manner, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.🛍️
Accompanying clients to appointments
Taking clients out into the community for appointments, shopping, and other activities they enjoy, promoting independence and engagement.📝
Documenting client wellbeing
Monitoring and recording client wellbeing accurately and in a timely manner to ensure effective support and care.Key criteria

Commitment to person-centred care
Demonstrated experience prioritising individual client needs and preferences.View

Current NSW driver's licence
Valid P2 licence for transportation of clients in community settings.View
