You'll be responsible for

Supporting clients

Providing one-on-one or group support to adults with disabilities in their homes and occasionally in the community.

Implementing personalized plans

Working closely with individuals to implement plans that address their unique needs and goals.

Assisting with daily living

Helping clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support.
