You'll be responsible for

Providing direct support

Assisting individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and skill development in line with their support plans.

Encouraging independence

Supporting individuals to exercise choice and control in their daily lives, promoting self-expression and participation.

Maintaining documentation

Keeping accurate and confidential records of support provided, including progress notes and incident reports.

Key criteria

Experience in person-led support

Demonstrated experience providing person-led support to individuals with disabilities.

Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse needs.
