You'll be responsible for

Providing support to adults with intellectual or physical disabilities in a day program setting, engaging them in individual or group activities.💪
Promoting independence
Encouraging clients to maintain their independence and be active participants in their community through person-centered support.📋

Adhering to behavioral support and NDIS care plans to ensure clients receive the best possible care and support.Key criteria
