You'll be responsible for

Delivering active support

Providing active support aligned with each client’s goals and support plans to enhance their independence.
🛁

Assisting with personal care

Helping clients with daily personal care tasks such as toileting, showering, and dressing.
🌍

Facilitating community access

Enabling clients to access the community using Unisson vehicles or public transport.

Key criteria

Experience in disability support

Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with disabilities.

Valid NSW Driver’s Licence

Hold a clean P2 or full NSW Driver’s Licence.

First Aid Certificate

Possess a current First Aid Certificate for safety.
