You'll be responsible for

Delivering active support

Providing hands-on assistance aligned with each client’s goals and support plans, fostering independence and joy.

Assisting with personal care

Helping clients with daily personal care tasks such as toileting, showering, and dressing, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
🤗

Building trusted relationships

Establishing strong connections with clients, families, and external stakeholders to enhance support and collaboration.

Key criteria

🚗

NSW driver's licence

Valid P2 or full licence for driving responsibilities.
