You'll be responsible for

Providing person led support

Providing direct, person led support in line with individual support plans, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, household routines and skill development while promoting independence, dignity and choice.

Encouraging choice and control

Supporting people to exercise choice and control in all aspects of their daily lives, encouraging decision making, self-expression and participation in activities that are meaningful to them.

Maintaining documentation

Maintaining accurate, timely and confidential documentation, including progress notes, incident reports and other required records in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.

Key criteria

Certificate IV in Disability

Possession of Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification.
