You'll be responsible for

Collaborating with managers

Working closely with relevant managers to ensure your team is trained, supported, and held accountable to performance expectations while maintaining clinical standards.

Driving staff performance

Driving accountability to performance metrics, clinical policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality outcomes.
👩‍⚕️

Leading by example

Maintaining a clinical caseload with a minimum expectation of 21 billable hours per week, demonstrating commitment to clinical excellence.
