You'll be responsible for
👥
Providing operational leadership
Delivering management, supervision and support to Aboriginal Health Workers (AHWs) and Aboriginal Health Practitioners (AHPs) to ensure high-quality, culturally safe services for Aboriginal people, families and carers.📊
Leading performance management
Overseeing strategic and business plan delivery, cultural safety and system support, complaints and case management, as well as financial and reporting accountability aligned with District priorities.🏥
Supporting health outcomes
Improving health outcomes for Aboriginal communities through culturally appropriate primary health care.What we're looking for
