As a Case Worker at The Salvation Army, you will have the incredible opportunity to support community members in achieving their goals through collaboration and community partnerships. You'll be responsible for

Working collaboratively

Work collaboratively with Church leaders, Volunteers, and other co-located Mission Leaders to deliver an integrated approach to delivering Doorways at the local site.
🌐

Building relationships

Build and maintain relationships within TSA and with local community stakeholders to identify local resources, community needs, and opportunities for collaboration.

Developing case plans

Develop high quality case plans with community members to identify achievable goals using a strength-based approach.

Key criteria

🎓

Degree in Social Work or related field

Possession of a degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services

Experience in community services

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the community services sector

Valid Working with Children’s Check for child-facing responsibilities
