Create detailed documentation that meets customer expectations and regulatory standards.

Producing detailed documentation

Include site plans, floor plans, elevations, and compliance diagrams.

Executing variations and updates

Make necessary adjustments to existing drawings as required.

Key criteria

Drafting experience in residential design

2-3 years of drafting experience in volume home building environments.
