Create detailed documentation that meets customer expectations and regulatory standards.📊
Producing detailed documentation
Include site plans, floor plans, elevations, and compliance diagrams.🔄
Executing variations and updates
Make necessary adjustments to existing drawings as required.Key criteria

Drafting experience in residential design
2-3 years of drafting experience in volume home building environments.View

Proficiency in ArchiCAD
Demonstrated proficiency in ArchiCAD for detailed drawing production.View

Knowledge of building regulations
