You'll be responsible for

Counselling & Case Management
Undertaking screening and assessments for mental health, AOD use, and co-occurring needs while facilitating referrals to specialist services.📈
Planning & Reporting
Entering timely, accurate, and relevant data into MDAS-approved systems to demonstrate progress towards KPIs and participating in program evaluation.🤝
Relationship Management
Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner agencies to benefit clients and MDAS, while attending relevant meetings and training.Key criteria
