You'll be responsible for

Performing thorough assessments of estate conditions and verifying asset data at Defence sites to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Validating asset information

Maintaining and validating asset information in Defence estate systems to support effective asset management.

Preparing appraisal reports

Compiling and submitting detailed appraisal reports, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Certificate IV in Asset Management

Mandatory qualification demonstrating foundational asset management knowledge.
