Supporting EC recruitment programs
Providing support across law graduate and summer clerk programs, building strong relationships with stakeholders.🔍
Managing selection processes
Ensuring the selection process is fit for purpose, inclusive, and commercially focused to attract top talent.🔄
Overseeing cyclical EC processes
Involved in onboarding, induction, career development, and talent pipelining to enhance the EC experience.What we're looking for
