You'll be responsible for

Developing and delivering educational programs

Creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Supporting fellow educators

Collaborating and reflecting on practices to enhance teaching and learning.

Fostering respectful connections with children, families, and the community.

Skills you'll need

🎓

Bachelor’s in Early Childhood and Care

A degree that provides foundational knowledge and skills for working with young children.
📚

Demonstrated knowledge of the National Quality Framework

Understanding and applying the standards and regulations that govern early childhood education in Australia.
🚑

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

Certification that ensures the educator can respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
