You'll be responsible for

Delivering supports using the Key Worker model
Act as the primary liaison for families, ensuring effective communication and support.👶
Providing early intervention for children aged 0-9
Utilise a family-centred approach to help families achieve their goals through the NDIS.👥
Collaborating with a national team of professionals
Work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners to provide comprehensive support.Key criteria
🎓
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Possession of a degree in Education, Disability Studies, or Social Work.View
🧑🏫
Minimum 1 year of early intervention experience
Experience as a Key Worker or in early intervention settings.View

Understanding of NDIS
Demonstrated knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.View
