You'll be responsible for

Leading and inspiring a team of educators

Lead and inspire a team of educators through on-the-floor mentoring, collaboration, and support.

Developing and delivering engaging learning programs

Develop and deliver engaging, holistic learning programs that nurture each child’s growth, curiosity, and development.

Building strong relationships with families

Build strong relationships with families and the community, promoting involvement and Excels’ values.

Skills you'll need

🎓

Early Childhood Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) is essential for this job.
👩‍🏫

Leadership

At least 6 months’ experience as an Educational Leader or in a leadership capacity is required to effectively guide and mentor educators.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are crucial for fostering a positive team culture and engaging with families.
