Working closely with teachers and specialist staff to support the implementation of personalised learning programs that respond to the strengths, interests and needs of individual students.🎯
Implementing targeted strategies
Helping implement targeted strategies and learning activities that support students to work towards their individual goals.📝
Contributing to the learning team
