The Education Officer for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Education plays a vital role in supporting the mission of Catholic Education in the Diocese of Lismore. This position focuses on enhancing cultural responsiveness and improving educational outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. Collaboration and professional development are key aspects of how the team works, ensuring a supportive environment for both educators and students.

Leading the implementation of the DLCS Cultural Framework and Action Plan for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education.

Developing and supporting professional learning initiatives for educators in Aboriginal Education.
