You will supervise, mentor, and support electrical tradespersons, apprentices, and trade assistants, ensuring they have the guidance they need to excel.

Overseeing compliance with EEHA standards

In this role, you will oversee EEHA related tasks and ensure all electrical work meets compliance requirements, maintaining the highest safety standards.

Managing day-to-day work scopes

You will allocate and manage day-to-day work scopes during shutdown activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key criteria

Supervisory experience in Oil & Gas

Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in the Oil & Gas sector.

Valid QLD Electrical Trade qualification and current electrical licence.
