Providing electrical trade crew leadership
Managing both planned and unplanned work groups to ensure efficient operations.🏆
Coaching crews for autonomy
Guiding crews to become effective semi-autonomous work groups capable of making informed decisions.Key criteria

Electrical or Electrical/Instrumentation trade qualification
Possession of WA A grade electrical workers licence and relevant experience.View
