As an Electrician Technician at Sydney Airport, you will be a vital part of the team responsible for maintaining critical infrastructure that ensures smooth airport operations. You'll be responsible for

Overseeing operations and maintenance

Overseeing the operation and electrical maintenance of Baggage Handling Systems to support continuity of service.
🔍

Performing fault finding and repairs

Perform fault finding and carry out both emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance across BHS equipment.
🤝

Collaborating with teams

Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth system performance, including during contingencies.

Key criteria

⚡

Electrical trade qualification

Possession of a relevant Electrical Trade Qualification.

Experience with conveyor systems

Demonstrated experience maintaining and fault finding on conveyor systems.

Knowledge of SCADA and PLCs

Working knowledge of SCADA systems and PLCs, especially Siemens S7.
