You'll be responsible for

Managing customer data activation

Developing and executing an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan leveraging appropriate marketing channels.

Refining multi-channel communications

Continuously improving retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Defining customer lifecycle

Supporting the CRM Manager in defining contact strategies and key client segments for improved targeting.

Key criteria

📈

3+ years in digital marketing and CRM

Proven experience in digital marketing and CRM environments.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for CRM strategies.
