You'll be responsible for

🕵️‍♂️

Conducting investigations

Completing thorough, high-quality investigations into low/medium complexity cases from start to finish including conducting interviews, reviewing data and documents, preparing reports, consulting attorneys and engaging with the business.
👩‍⚖️

Supporting senior investigators

Supporting senior investigators on medium/high complexity cases, from scheduling and conducting interviews through to preparing reports.

Collaborating on processes

Collaborating with team members to refine and improve our Workplace Investigations processes.

Workplace misconduct investigation experience

Proven experience conducting workplace misconduct investigations.
