Supporting EA negotiations
Assisting in complex Enterprise Agreement negotiations across the national business to ensure positive outcomes.🔍
Undertaking workplace investigations
Conducting investigations and providing recommendations to leadership teams based on findings to enhance workplace relations.Key criteria

Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field
Essential qualifications in employee relations or human resource management.View
