Promoting participants

Actively reverse marketing/cold calling local employers to promote participants' skills-sets and experience to secure mutually beneficial employment opportunities.

Collaborating with employers

Collaborating with employers to design inclusive, tailored employment solutions that meet both business needs and participant outcomes, while driving performance against KPIs and placement targets.
