You'll be responsible for

Triage and manage claims
Efficiently handle employment claims and provide representation for members at the Fair Work Commission.🤝
Liaise with members
Act as a liaison with members when claims are received, providing support and advocacy.📝
Draft documents
Prepare necessary documents and provide advocacy in unfair dismissal and general protection matters.Key criteria

1+ years of claims experience
Demonstrated experience managing employment claims effectively.View

Advocacy experience
Experience advocating with unions or HR member associations.View
