Providing comprehensive case management services to participants to assist them in managing employment-related barriers, empowering and equipping them with the necessary tools and skills to enter the workforce.🔗
Helping participants secure employment
Helping each participant to secure sustainable employment and engage employers through referrals, reverse marketing, and on-the-job support.🤝
Supporting participants and employers
Providing continuous support to participants and employers to maximise outcomes, obtaining documented evidence and facilitating workplace adjustments throughout the course of employment.Key criteria
