Managing a high-volume caseload of job seekers
You will be responsible for overseeing a diverse group of job seekers, ensuring they receive the support they need to find meaningful employment.🤝
Engaging with ‘work ready’ job seekers
Actively connect with job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes, including reverse marketing to employers.🎤
Creating and delivering engaging group sessions
You will motivate participants through dynamic group sessions, preparing them to enter the workforce with confidence.Key criteria

Experience in employment services
Demonstrated experience in barrier management and candidate placement.View

Strong communication skills
