You'll be responsible for

Supporting and encouraging participation

Motivating supported employees to engage in meaningful work activities, fostering their confidence and skills.

Assisting with landscaping and grounds maintenance

Helping supported employees with tasks like mowing, weeding, and planting, while ensuring a safe and productive environment.

Maintaining a safe work environment

Ensuring all activities comply with workplace health and safety requirements to protect everyone involved.

Key criteria

🚗

NSW driver's licence

Current P2 or Full licence for driving duties.
