Working with all levels of management to provide expert legal advice on various employment issues.

Managing legal matters

Autonomously managing litigious and non-litigious employment matters with support from Legal Counsel when needed.

Drafting legal documents

Drafting and reviewing correspondence, contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

Skills you'll need

Employment law expertise

Possessing a deep understanding of employment law, industrial relations, and occupational health and safety to provide sound legal advice.

Strong communication skills

Demonstrating highly developed written and oral communication skills to translate complex legal concepts into clear, concise advice.

Interpersonal skills

Exhibiting strong interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills to effectively engage with all levels of management.
